There was a lot in this month's newsletter about outsourcing and how it can be helpful in growing your business. But tucked in there was also an article from Search Engine Journal on ChatGPT. There's been a lot of talk lately about AI, and it begs the question: should you outsource to robots?
You might know by now that one of SIX's core values is Be Human. It influences how we interact with our clients, and it also trickles down to how we communicate to our clients' audiences. Our goal is to set them apart from the competition by making highly personalized, human connections between them and their leads, customers, and clients.
How can AI do that when it lacks emotions, insight, persuasion, or empathy? The good news is that "being human" is likely to become an even greater differentiator for brands.
